The bandname is taken as a tribute to the old basque tribes who defeated Charlemagne army in the Battle of Roncesvaux Pass (Orreaga is Roncesvalles in basque lenguage) in the year 778, after the french army destroyed Pamplona (ancient capital of the basques) in it's way of retreat from Zaragoza, crossing the Pyrinees back to France. Their lyrics are exclusively in Basque lenguage and are filled with basque historical and cultural references, current political situation and personal view points and experiences. Their music is influenced by English/French OI! and 80's Basque Punk.
